What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce.com, ensuring proper implementation and functionality

Provide Tier 2 support for end users and partners, resolving complex issues within established service levels

Conduct high-level needs assessments for incoming requests and facilitate enhancements when necessary

Collaborate with internal teams to document and resolve technical issues effectively

Lead initiatives to improve user experience and enhance sales enablement tools

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in a sales/business operations role

Experience with Salesforce administration, issue triage, and advanced Salesforce reporting/dashboards

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data to develop effective solutions

Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in creating executive-level documentation

Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Salesforce Administrator certification

Project Management certification

Knowledge of existing automotive sales processes and systems
