In this role, you will be responsible for assembling popular hand tools and parts into finished products, ensuring high quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Follow assembly instructions and schematics to accurately assemble components Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines Maintain a clean and safe work environment 1st shift: 6:00 am -2:30 pm, Mon-Friday 2nd shift: 2:15 pm -12:45 am, Mon-Thursday Pay: $15.50-$16.50/HR Job Location: Racine, WI Job Type: Temp-to-hire Requirements Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required Ability to read and understand technical documents, such as blueprints and assembly manuals Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasks Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Dependability and a strong work ethic Join us at Parallel Employment where you can grow your career as an Assembler in a supportive and engaging work environment!
