Supply Chain Associate
provides support in the Supply Chain Division by coordinating purchasing and planning activities. Manages manufacturing demands for make-to-stock or make-to-order items and finalizes work orders. Serves the business by delivering product and service information, assisting with complaints, handling orders, addressing account inquiries, invoicing, and other related tasks. Reports to
Production Manager – North America Responsibilities and Objectives
Conduct local purchasing and processes orders for set reorder points Enter sales/work orders in SAP PL/MF (Planning/Manufacturing) Ensure order accuracy and completeness Communicate with Sales Administration / customer services regarding schedules and deliveries. Prioritize shipments and match purchase orders with open balances Close work orders ensuring accurate documentation Maintain communication with supply chain team. Update division-specific spreadsheets Create and monitor production plans. Coordinate material management and utilize SAP PL/MF Collaborate with production managers, purchasing, and warehouse management. Analyze and improve production processes Troubleshoot production delays Adheres to all safety, quality and environmental standards Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Production and/or
2+
years relevant work experience SAP PL/MF Required Moderate to Advanced MS Excel and Word Skills Physical Requirements
Periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times Dexterity and accuracy as needed to operate equipment Work Schedule
Willingness to travel as required both domestically and internationally (minimal planned travel) This position will report to the Duncan, SC office Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Salary Range
