Purchasing Manager
The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio by Hilton is looking for a Purchasing Manager to join their team! This stunning 1000 room oceanfront resort is the perfect getaway with two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach. Savor stunning views, delicious dining options, and endless sunshine in Hollywood, Florida.
Our 5+ team members report to the Director of Purchasing. The ideal candidate holds 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within hotel purchasing/receiving. Prior Food & Beverage experience is a plus! Experience working in larger hotels is preferred.
Shift Pattern Full Availability – Monday‑Saturday between the hours of 6AM‑7PM

Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and inventories general merchandise items.
Communicates with Chef and management relative to purchases consistent with hotel needs and specifications.
Negotiates pricing and purchase goods and ensures delivery in a timely manner.
Reviews shipments to ensure products received are consistent with orders and proper grade and quality.
Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
