Responsibilities

Work directly with the Appeals Bureau Assistant Chief Counsel and oversee workflow of Appeals’ technical, clerical, and professional legal staff.

Perform varied and complex assignments and projects, including research, analysis, and formulation of program policies and procedures.

Identify and propose recommendations on issues affecting the Appeals process.

Design, create, maintain, and utilize resource tools for analyzing Appeals programs and activities.

Present statistically sound advice and consultation to the ACC and Appeals management, and provide in‑office training and backup support to Appeals Bureau support staff.

Special Requirements

Position requires employee to be fingerprinted and successfully pass a background investigation.
