Job Details A leading Building Automation and Controls contractor is seeking a Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee BAS construction projects from kickoff to commissioning. This team delivers innovative, energy‑efficient automation solutions that optimize performance and sustainability in mission‑critical environments.

What You’ll Do
Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple BAS construction projects.
Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and Controls Technicians through installation and commissioning.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Review engineering submittals, technical drawings, and change orders before execution.
Track project costs, materials, and documentation to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
Lead project closeout, system testing, and client turnover.
Provide regular project updates, billing, and forecasting reports to senior leadership.
What You Bring
3+ years of project management or field supervision experience in Building Automation or HVAC Controls.
Strong technical knowledge of BAS/BMS systems, electrical systems, and commissioning practices.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and maintain client relationships.
Proficient with project management tools and documentation software.
Willingness to travel up to 75% to support regional project needs.
