Environmental Scientist/Geologist/Engineer

We are currently seeking a full-time Environmental Scientist/Geologist/Engineer for our Houston, TX office (near Katy). This is an excellent opportunity to join and grow EnSafe, getting involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients across the globe.

Duties/Responsibilities
Performing Phase I/II environmental site assessments
Preparation of work plans
Conducting site investigation activities (sampling of soil, groundwater, surface water, indoor air, vapor intrusion, soil gas, drinking water, and building materials)
Provide environmental compliance support to senior regulatory specialists, including data collection for permitting and/or registration; regulatory compliance evaluation and assessment; and preparation of plans and reports.
Field documentation
Assist in authoring technical reports.
Minimum Skills and Requirements
Requires a minimum of a BS (MS preferred) in Geology, Engineering, or Environmental Science
0-5 years of experience (previous internships preferred)
Professional registration, certification, GID, geotechnical, and/or geophysics experience are a plus.
Preferred: GIT or EIT
Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Programs, including Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Occasional regional travel likely
