Location : Wisconsin Start Date : Nov 24, 2025 LOA : 6 weeks Provider Type Needed : Family Practice Physician Assistant Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm; assignment dates include Nov 24 - Nov 26, Dec 1, and Dec 22 - Dec 23 Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive primary care services to employees and their dependents Conduct patient assessments and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform physical examinations and preventive health screenings Order and interpret diagnostic tests as required Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal guidelines Collaborate with supervising physicians and healthcare team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies Additional Information
Minimum of 3 years of recent true primary care experience required Active Wisconsin license required Board certification in Family Medicine required Certifications required : Basic Life Support (BLS), Department of Transportation (DOT), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred Benefits
