Overview Adobe’s Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) organization delivers the foundation behind Adobe's data‑driven operating model, supporting real‑time operational and analytical capabilities for data scientists, analysts, marketers, and executives. The Sr. Technical Data Systems Analyst will lead the development of Enterprise Financial, GTM, and Retention applied data products, partnering with engineering, finance, data science, and sales operations teams to turn data insights into user‑friendly products.
Responsibilities
Democratize data and insights by delivering self‑service tools that enable partners to make faster, better decisions.
Contribute to product strategy and vision for the Information and Data Services team, building relationships to understand priorities and communicate plans.
Translate customer analytic needs into clear product requirements, features, and enhancements.
Prioritize and lead end‑to‑end delivery of data solutions that integrate batched and streaming sources.
Leverage Adobe’s strategic data assets to provide trusted insights that drive business outcomes and promote a data‑driven culture.
Perform regular data querying and analysis for applied analytics, customer engagement, and predictive recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Computer Science, MBA, or equivalent experience).
7+ years in data analytics, BSA, or product management in an agile environment.
Strong proficiency in SQL/SparkSQL/Python; experience with Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau.
Self‑starter with high motivation, creative problem‑solving, and independent work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation skills, and a solid sense of humor.
Data requirement writing skills: collecting, prioritizing, and gathering input from multiple sources accurately.
Rapid learning of enterprise application capabilities to deliver transaction and event‑driven data solutions (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Experience Platform, Databricks/ADLS, Kafka).
Compensation The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,600 – $234,200 annually, varying by location and experience. Non‑sales roles are expressed as base salary with short‑term incentives; sales roles include total target compensation. Certain roles may qualify for long‑term incentives such as equity awards.
