Requirements Must have:

I require a minimum of 2 years of experience with data fusion engines, kinematic correlation methods, and Kalman filters.

I am looking for someone with experience in pattern recognition, multi-modal sensor data fusion, sensor calibration, and visualization technologies.

You should have 2 years of experience with sensors, sensor management and fusion, datalinks, and/or weapon systems and their interactions.

A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution is preferred.

You should possess data fusion analysis/software development experience.

I value self-starters with a positive outlook, high ethical standards, and strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. A proven track record of succeeding under pressure in time-sensitive environments is essential.

You must have the ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data, summarize findings, and develop conclusions and recommendations based on relevant data sources.

Experience with sensor data such as Radar and various infrared sensors is preferred.

I seek familiarity with developing and implementing probabilistic models to integrate sensor data, including Bayesian reasoning and Kalman filtering.

Knowledge of advanced probability statistics and application in real-world scenarios is advantageous.

Responsibilities

I expect you to derive and quantify data fusion algorithms and techniques.

You will author and maintain technical documentation, requirements, and algorithm analysis memos for data fusion algorithms and techniques.

I want you to analyze data fusion methods for accuracy and effectiveness.

You will be developing prototype algorithms utilizing languages such as C, Python, and MATLAB.

You will partner with software architects to ensure effective and efficient algorithm implementation and design.

I need you to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data to summarize findings and develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

Collaboration with customers on requirements development will be a key part of your role.
