We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Global Program Manager to spearhead our strategy and stakeholder engagement for technology initiatives in Workplace technology space. This role is pivotal in managing, enhancing, and reporting on the adoption, user experience, and performance of workplace technology within Global Banking. This position offers a unique opportunity for senior global leadership and impact.
As an Executive Technical Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase within Global Banking, you will lead and direct complex technology projects and programs with extensive outcomes for clients, employees, and stakeholders across the firm. Your broad understanding of technology in financial services will enable you to develop strategic plans and ensure the program meets both internal and external requirements. Adept navigation through ambiguity, adaptation to change, and leveraging of advanced analytical reasoning and influencing skills are essential for promoting mutually beneficial outcomes. Your exceptional communication abilities will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients, while your expertise in resource optimization and risk management will ensure the successful delivery of initiatives. Through your technical fluency and thought leadership, you will play a pivotal role in achieving business goals, shaping the firm's technology landscape, and moving work forward that has firmwide impact. You will be reporting to the line of business iCTO, working closely with the Execution Lead to ensure seamless execution of strategic goals.
Job responsibilities
Design and lead strategic initiatives to drive the adoption and optimization of internal end-user workplace technology tools Be responsible for strategic planning and reporting on strategy and progress/issues to senior executives in both technology and business Manage user experience feedback and opportunities with a business user mindset Be the voice of the customer, and interface with the technology solution/product owners across the firm Engage with technology and business stakeholders and partners to foster collaboration, innovation, adoption and issue resolution. Provide thought leadership and technical guidance, fostering innovation and continuous improvement Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on Executive Technical Program Management concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise and more broadly across the organization. Demonstrated expertise in analytical reasoning, and applying critical thinking to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities Expertise in Physical and Virtual Desktop environments, Workspace solutions, Business Voice Solutions, Mobile technology, and Generative AI advancements. Strong focus on metrics and reporting related to technology adoption, user experience, performance, and problem management.
