As a
Technical Project Lead
at ASML, you’ll help shape the future of semiconductor manufacturing. You’ll lead strategic improvement projects that directly impact our factories in San Diego and Korea, driving innovation in quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability. Your work will support ASML’s mission to unlock the potential of advanced lithography systems and enable groundbreaking technology for our global customers. Roles And Responsibilities
Translate strategic goals into executable project plans. Lead cross‑functional teams and ensure clear communication across departments. Identify risks early and develop alternative solutions to keep projects on track. Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, adjusting plans as needed. Facilitate governance meetings to align stakeholders and drive decisions. Manage dependencies between workstreams and ensure smooth execution. Support continuous improvement and operational excellence across sites. Educational And Experience
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience, or a master’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience. Proven experience managing technical projects in manufacturing or capital equipment industries. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; PMP certification is a plus. Experience working across departments and geographies. Fluency in English. Skills

Solve problems proactively and adapt quickly to change. Build strong relationships across departments and cultures. Stay organized and focused in a fast‑paced environment. Required to sit, walk, talk and hear; use hands to keyboard and feel objects; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, crawl, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus. Specific vision abilities required include close, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Will require travel dependent on business needs. Can work under deadlines. Environment generally moderate in temperature and noise level. Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents. Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work. Can learn and apply new information or skills. Compensation
The current base annual salary range for this role is $133,500–$222,500. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, including job‑related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, and abilities. Benefits
Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. 401k plan participation. Eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Legal & Compliance
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
