Position Purpose Under the medical direction of an anesthesiologist, develop anesthetic plans and administer anesthesia in assigned locations. Observe patients’ physiological condition while under anesthesia and initiate corrective actions as directed. Perform pre‑ and post‑operative evaluations and provide accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan with a specialty license as a Nurse Anesthetist
Certified by the Council of Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support required

Maintain good rapport and cooperative relationships; address conflict constructively
Protect patient confidentiality and share information only with appropriate personnel in private settings
Perform duties safely and report hazards immediately to management
Engage in self‑directed learning

Provide culturally competent patient care and demonstrate unit competencies
Assist in resolution of safety, sanitation, and environmental issues
