Role Accountable for short‑ and long‑term Integrated Demand Planning process and team of demand planners for assigned categories. Responsible for driving and leading all end‑to‑end demand planning processes as part of the monthly IBP process. Serve as a liaison between cross‑functional business partners to ensure that all forecasts are accurate and production deadlines are met. This position will drive improvements to current business practices and develop strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance while delivering best‑in‑class forecast accuracy and bias results. Maintain a strong working relationship with all constituents to ensure that changes and activities are managed on a timely, cost‑effective basis.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead the Demand Planning within our Integrated Business Planning process for the MCCS BU.

Ensure the forecast process is adhered to by all cross‑functional team members by following identified forecasting principles.

Understand consumption/shipment trends and category dynamics across all brands in business units to support and endorse total volume forecast.

Identify forecasting best practices and support supply chain continuous improvement.

Manage the team by emphasizing discipline in execution of standard work, bias for action in delivery of KPI’s, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Create an environment of continuous improvement with a culture of personal ownership.

Drive efficiencies within the greater forecasting process by leveraging o9’s capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years Supply Chain experience, with demand‑planning experience preferred.

Bachelor of Science or equivalent required (preferably in supply chain, operations, or related discipline); MBA preferred.

Experience with SAP, o9, or other ERP/APS software and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Strong understanding of supply chain/demand planning principles, organization structures, and key metrics.

Strong cross‑functional leadership capability and ability to influence a wide spectrum of stakeholders.

Ability to lead and develop a team with a continuous‑improvement mindset, driving transformation of ways of working and demand planning KPIs.

Strong people‑management skills that foster an environment of team and individual success.

Ability to work with executive‑level stakeholders and influence decision making.

Compensation New Hire Base Salary Range: $159,400.00 – $199,200.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
