Refrigeration Technician (some HVAC as well)

Position Overview: We're looking for an experienced Refrigeration & HVAC Subcontractor to join our growing network. This role is ideal for an independent technician or small outfit that wants consistent, well-organized work without the hassle of chasing invoices or handling customer scheduling. Responsibilities: Perform commercial refrigeration service and repair (walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, etc.) Handle occasional installation projects for refrigeration and HVAC systems Diagnose and repair HVAC issues when needed (RTUs, furnaces, condensers, etc.) Maintain clear communication with Legacy HVAC/R's office regarding job status and material needs Deliver professional, courteous service to our clients Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in refrigeration service or installation EPA Certification required Valid driver's license and insurance Must have own tools and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards Business entity or subcontractor license preferred Compensation: You'll receive 50% of net profit for each service ticket . Payments are made promptly upon job completion and settlement.
