We currently operate over 100,000 sq. ft. of self-owned warehouses in Pomona and Irwindale, California — with more locations on the way. Position: Warehouse Manager We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who’s ready to take ownership of daily operations and lead a strong, motivated team. This role focuses on efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork — no client chasing, just operational excellence. What You’ll Do Oversee all daily warehouse activities: receiving, picking, packing, shipping. Manage FBA replenishment and transfers; coordinate Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and FBM orders. Plan and optimize storage layout and workflow to improve efficiency. Lead a team of 8–10 staff members — handle scheduling, training, and performance management. Maintain a safe, organized workspace and ensure OSHA compliance. Track inventory data and work with logistics partners to resolve shipment issues. Monitor key metrics like accuracy, productivity, and shipping timeliness. Familiar with Amazon FBA and general fulfillment operations. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with WMS/ERP systems and Excel. Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required. Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
