Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments. Responsibilities may include managing assigned systems (e.g., Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

Kitchen Department Manager: ensure great quality food delivery, safety, cost control, and training of kitchen staff on production procedures.

People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and maintain crew morale and motivation.

Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. Positive team player with flexible schedule, and passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
