What to Expect
Our Engineering team is seeking highly motivated Durability Testing Technicians to support accelerated product testing. This hands‑on position involves assembling and disassembling vehicle components, building test fixtures, and executing rigorous tests. We're looking for candidates with a strong passion for learning, skill development, and collaboration to deliver effective solutions in a fast‑paced environment
What You’ll Do
Execute durability tests, including setup, inspections, maintenance, and retrofits
Document and report issues identified during testing or inspections
Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical challenges
Support instrumentation and data acquisition processes
Assist in assembling and wiring test fixtures, with the ability to read wiring diagrams
Operate fabrication equipment such as drills and band saws
Learn from and support fellow technicians and engineers
What You’ll Bring
Strong desire for professional growth and skill development
Proficiency with measurement tools (e.g., calipers, digital multimeters, force gauges, torque wrenches)
Analytical problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems
Experience working with low‑voltage components and CAN communication
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks and documentation effectively
