As an Employer Installation and Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding of new accounts, including membership enrollment and premium billing processes. Your responsibilities will also encompass preparing discrepancy reports, reconciling invoices, maintaining accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. This is a full-time position with work hours from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST. There may be opportunities for occasional overtime or weekend work based on business needs. We offer 8 to 12 weeks of paid training, fully conducted onsite, with sessions held from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday. Primary Responsibilities: Oversee new client installations and maintain accurate structure and data entries into the eligibility system. Ensure accuracy when reviewing and entering premium rates based on input from Underwriting, Sales, and Implementation teams. Research and resolve discrepancies in premium billing invoices and membership enrollment. Monitor account balances to identify and address discrepancies, focusing on reducing aging debt and enhancing cash flow. Collaborate with internal sales partners and external clients/brokers for timely premium collections. Educate clients about payment options, billing information, addresses, and due dates, addressing any questions they may have. Foster productive customer relationships while adhering to our values of integrity, compassion, innovation, and performance. Utilize electronic reports to manually update membership enrollment and eligibility for rejected items. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders for effective implementation and enrollment. Perform other related duties as assigned. In your role, you will be recognized for your performance and will receive clear direction for success, along with development opportunities for advancement. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Must be at least 18 years old. Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience. Experience in billing, collections, accounting, bookkeeping, or cash handling. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Reside within a commutable distance to our Las Vegas office. Willingness to work full-time during normal business hours and potential overtime/weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Familiarity with the Siebel program. Experience in health insurance operations. Knowledge of the Facets platform and 834 membership files. Experience providing training and support to colleagues. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. Compensation is based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including an equity stock purchase plan and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility requirements. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $17.74 to $31.63 for full-time employment, in compliance with all minimum wage laws.
