Save Job

Position Type:

Hybrid | Centennial, Colorado

At Bailey's Moving & Storage, we have spent over 70 years helping families and businesses move forward. Now, we are telling our story, and we need a creator who is ready to lead the charge.

We are hiring a

Video Content Creator & Brand Storyteller : part filmmaker, part digital creator, part community journalist. This is not a behind-the-scenes-only job. You will be front and center filming, interviewing, editing, and appearing on camera yourself - as you bring to life the people, moments, and lessons that define Bailey's brand.

If you are someone who is constantly capturing content, pitching ideas, and thinking "this would make a great video," we want to talk to you.

What You will Be Doing

Content Creation & Storytelling Own the video process from idea to final edit - no micromanaging here. Film and edit both long-form stories (e.g., behind-the-scenes, customer journeys, brand explainers) and short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikTok's, YouTube Shorts). Use AI-powered tools to streamline editing and repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips - fast. Be willing to step in front of the camera - modeling the kind of energy and authenticity we want from others. Stay curious and experimental - try new tools, formats, and trends that keep us on the cutting edge of video. Creative Direction & Discovery

Constantly look for the next story: a great move, a powerful testimonial, a teachable moment. Plan content with a creator's mindset - not just what we do, but why it matters. Use storyboarding and light scripting to shape each project. Collaboration & Culture Building

Work closely with the marketing team to align with brand goals (and bring your own ideas to the table). Get people excited about being on camera - help them feel confident, comfortable, and real. Take feedback like a pro and keep content moving forward fast. Podcast & Multimedia (Bonus Points)

Help shape and produce a growing company podcast, from recording to editing to publishing. Support multimedia storytelling beyond video: stills, interviews, social posts, and more. What Makes You Fit

You create video with energy and emotion - even if it is just, you and a camera. You know what makes content work online and how to structure a story people want to watch. You are a confident communicator, both in how you direct others and how you present yourself. You have edited enough to know how to move fast and still make it look good. You are not afraid of AI - you embrace it to make better content faster (Descript, CapCut, Sora 2, Veo 3, Runway, etc.). You like pushing the boundaries of what one person can create - using tech to move faster without sacrificing story. You like to work independently but are not afraid to collaborate, take feedback, and improve. The Tools You will Use

Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop (or equivalent) CapCut, Descript, Runway, or other AI video platforms. Cameras, lighting, and audio gear Social media platforms and publishing tools (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) What You Bring

A portfolio or sample videos that show your creative range - does not have to be commercial work. Some experience in filming and editing - whether that is freelance, school, content creation, or past jobs. A curious mindset and willingness to jump into new situations with a camera and a smile. Ability to travel locally for shoots and be in-office in Centennial 2+ days/week. Why Join Bailey's Moving?

You will shape how a 70+ year-old brand tells its story for the next generation. Hybrid flexibility - work from home, on-site, and in-office. Competitive salary and full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k with match). A creative, collaborative culture where your ideas matter. Space to grow - in your skills, your style, and your career. Please create a video and submit it here: Folder shared via SharePoint

Prompt Options (Pick One): "What's the most stressful part of moving?" Create a funny, dramatic, or relatable short that captures one moving pain point - and how Bailey's might help.

"Behind the Move" Film and narrate any ordinary task (packing a box, moving something across a room) as if you were showing behind-the-scenes of a movie adding drama, humor, or storytelling.

"Why You Should Never Let Your Friends Help You Move"

A parody or skit-style video that taps into a common experience and subtly positions Bailey is as the smarter option.
