Structure:
Full‑time, senior attorney, working in the Bosch Home Comfort division in North America.
Responsibilities
Advise and consult with business, engineering, sales, and legal teams regarding a variety of legal and commercial issues.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry‑specific regulations to provide insight into legal issues that arise from the business.
Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including those relating to sales, distribution, procurement, IP license, and non‑disclosure agreements in alignment with applicable laws and internal Bosch policies and directives.
Work with legal and business teams to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
Deliver internal training on legal matters.
Travel both domestic and international as required.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
J.D. from a U.S. accredited law school.
Member of the relevant bar in good standing or eligible for admission.
3+ years of experience as a practicing commercial/transactional attorney.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years as an in‑house counsel in a corporate environment.
Experience with distribution networks and dealer programs, including distribution agreements and IP licensing.
Experience in the HVAC industry.
Experience collaborating with international teams.
Work Authorization Indefinite U.S. work authorization individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.
