Summary We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) CNC Managed Services Administrator to provide enterprise-level administration, optimization, and operational excellence for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments. This position is dedicated exclusively to managed services support and ongoing operation. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in CNC administration, automation, system resilience, and ITIL-driven service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & System Administration

Own day-to-day operations of multiple JDE EnterpriseOne instances across Development, Test, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments.

Perform advanced CNC administration tasks including multi-environment package management, object lifecycle management, and ESU/Tools Release maintenance.

Optimize system performance (CPU, memory, kernel tuning, and cache management) and proactively mitigate performance bottlenecks.

Administer and maintain JDE Security at an enterprise level (row/column security, SoD compliance, role-based access).

Monitoring & Automation

Leverage orchestration tools (JD Edwards Orchestrator, RPA, or other IT automation platforms) to streamline routine support tasks.

High Availability, Compliance & Disaster Recovery

Maintain and test backup, recovery, failover, and disaster recovery strategies for JDE environments.

Support high-availability architectures (load balancing, clustering, multi-server JAS/HTML instances).

Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, audit requirements, and security policies.

Prepare audit-ready documentation on CNC controls, change management, and access provisioning.

Collaboration & Managed Services Delivery

Work closely with DBAs, infrastructure, security, and functional teams to sustain system availability and integrity.

Follow ITIL-based service delivery processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge Management).

Provide capacity planning, system usage analytics, and recommendations for proactive resource scaling.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of CNC Administration experience in a managed services/enterprise support model.

Expert-level understanding of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne architecture (Deployment Server, Enterprise Server, JAS, AIS, BSSV, Orchestrator).

Deep knowledge of JD Edwards administration on at least one major OS platform (Windows/Linux/IBM i/Unix).

Strong database expertise (Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2) including CNC integration points.

Proficiency with WebLogic, WebSphere, and other middleware components used in JDE.

Skilled in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Shell scripting, Python, or Ansible).

Strong understanding of system monitoring solutions (e.g., OEM, Dynatrace, Splunk, or ServiceNow Monitoring).

Solid experience in IT security and compliance frameworks (SoD, SOX, GDPR).

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first, service-oriented mindset.

The estimated base rate range for this position:

$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year . The actual annual salary is based on fair market value based on your geographical location, skills, role requirements, and responsibilities. This posted compensation is a good faith and reasonable estimate. Denovo reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
