Senior Construction Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager with Bingman Construction Company, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial construction projects—including multi‑family, historic renovations, hospitality, and industrial spaces. The Senior Project Manager is accountable for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of assigned commercial construction projects ($5M–$100M+).
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee contracts, budgets, schedules, and change management processes.
Direct and mentor project teams including assistant project managers and project engineers.
Work closely with superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and financial reporting.
Lead project meetings and regularly update stakeholders on progress and risks.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager or higher.
Prior experience working for a Commercial General Contractor is required.
Strong understanding of commercial building systems (structural, MEP, envelope, interior buildouts).
Proficient in project management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, ADA requirements, and permitting processes.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
LEED Accreditation or familiarity with sustainable building practices a plus.
Core Competencies

Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
