We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina — earn up to ($2169 - $2284 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in telemetry settings.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data for patient health.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care delivery.
Educate patients and families on health management and procedures.
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines.
Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license in North Carolina with telemetry experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Eagerness to learn and evolve professionally within a team.
Proven ability to monitor and interpret telemetry data effectively.
Strong communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals.
Experience in developing patient care plans with healthcare teams.
Ability to document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols.
Experience with quality improvement initiatives in healthcare settings.
Ability to manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines.
