What to Expect
Serve as a key point of contact for HR-related issues within assigned units and provide guidance on HR policies and best practices
Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts and advise hiring managers on best practices to attract top talent
Collaborate with employees and managers to address accommodation and absence support needs
Develop advanced reports and perform data analyses to support informed decision-making
Supervise and mentor HR staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Four (4) years of human resources experience for HRBP II; Six (6) years for HRBP III; Eight (8) years for Senior HRBP
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and develop reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a higher education environment
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in HR functions
Familiarity with HR data analytics tools
Proven track record of managing complex HR issues
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
