Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy and Operations
Emburse, a leader in travel and expense solutions, is seeking a strategic and analytical leader to drive our pricing strategy. This role blends pricing and monetization expertise with project management excellence, shaping how new products are deployed, commercialized, and maintained within our portfolio.
What You Will Do
Lead Emburse’s pricing strategy, ensuring pricing structures and governance support business goals.
Oversee new product pricing and commercialization efforts, partnering cross-functionally to bring offerings to market effectively.
Drive product catalog cleanup and standardization, ensuring brand, hierarchy, and SKU integrity across systems.
Manage cross‑functional pricing projects from design through delivery, ensuring accountability, accuracy, and alignment.
Conduct market, competitive, and customer analyses to inform pricing decisions and go‑to‑market strategies.
Develop and refine pricing tools, models, and dashboards to enhance scalability and accuracy.
Track and analyze pricing KPIs, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Stay current on SaaS pricing and monetization trends, applying best practices to continually improve our approach.
What You Will Bring
7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, monetization, or revenue operations, preferably within B2B SaaS.
Strong understanding of subscription and value‑based pricing models.
Proven success leading new product deployment and commercialization projects.
Experience managing complex product catalogs with an eye for structure, brand alignment, and data integrity.
Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
Advanced analytical capabilities; experience with pricing or financial modeling tools (e.g., PROS, Vendavo, Tableau) preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
