Overview

We're seeking a professional and customer-focused

Front Desk Associate

to join our team in Livermore, CA. This is a fully onsite, temporary opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent service, staying organized, and creating a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Schedule appointments and assist with meeting coordination Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred 1+ year of front desk, administrative, or customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional and reliable demeanor
