FP&A Senior Analyst
We are seeking an FP&A Senior Financial Analyst to support a best‑in‑class finance function and lead the financial planning and analysis, ensuring timely delivery of financial and operational information to key stakeholders. The role reports directly to the Director, FP&A and collaborates closely with business leaders to set financial goals, analyze trends, and manage budgets and forecasts.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to understand needs, provide financial insights, and support planning and forecasting.
Perform margin analysis by department/function/location to support decision making.
Support business partners in developing business cases for new initiatives with financial analysis and modeling.
Lead development of business‑unit and departmental budgets, ensuring operational efficiencies and alignment with long‑term growth goals.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with functional leaders across the company.
Define KPIs, deliver in‑depth analysis, drive insights, and support finance & business leadership.
Create dashboards and reports to visually represent financial data.
Identify opportunities for optimization, transformation, and insightful financial analysis.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
3‑5 years of financial analysis experience.
Experience in business planning, analysis, and reporting.
Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with financial planning tools and BI/database tools.
Experience with budgeting/forecasting tools such as NetSuite, Hyperion, etc.
Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
Operational finance experience including forecasting and planning.
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate operating results to senior management.
Comfort with complex financial models and strong project, time, and organizational management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
