In this role you will shape the financial engine behind hyperscale compute and storage, owning end‑to‑end close and forecast rhythms, optimizing cost of goods sold, driving and leading the next‑generation rebates program with global suppliers, collaborating across engineering, sourcing and operations, influencing senior leaders with crisp performance narratives, and converting disciplined forecasting into tangible cash impact.

Core Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end execution of Cloud EG COGs ROB and key elements of the Rebates 2.0 program.

Ensure accurate forecasting, timely claim generation, and cash realization across compute and storage suppliers.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams to support quarterly ROB COGs and rebate cycles and supplier engagement.

Validate data to maintain accuracy in financial processes and reporting.

Own processes for quarterly and monthly close activities related to COGS P&L and rebates.

COGS P&L and Financial Rythms

Oversee monthly and quarterly close processes for Cloud and Supply Chain EG $35M budget.

Prepare VTF, VTB and YoY% performance updates for SLT, including key drivers.

Manage financial reporting and consolidation activities.

Approve purchase orders and maintain compliance with financial rhythms of business (close, forecast, budget).

Rebate Management

Partner on $1B+ rebate process for CAPEX and COGS, including forecasting, close and collection.

Collaborate with internal sourcing partners and external suppliers to ensure rebate accuracy and timeliness.

Develop subject‑matter expertise in CPI finance and Microsoft rebate processes.

Additional Responsibilities

Analyze price variance and average pricing to support rate card updates for CAPEX/Racks and components.

Support Arrow finance manager with balance analysis.

Coordinate with CISE central finance leader on capital council scheduling and processes.

Qualifications Required / Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field OR Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in a financial role within the technology or aerospace industry.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree with 3+ years post‑graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years post‑graduate experience or equivalent experience.

Financial Analysis IC3 – Typical base pay range across the U.S.: USD $76,800 – $151,900 per year. For San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan areas: USD $100,800 – $168,000 per year.
