Product Analyst – Product Analysis and Design Chapter Area The Role

You will work within a squad partnering closely with asset management, Fidelity’s distribution channels, and the broader organization to deliver a diverse range of investment capabilities to meet the needs of retail, intermediary, and institutional clients.

Job Description

As a

Product Analyst , you blend deep knowledge of Product Management and Business Analysis skills with the ability to drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle. You have a passion for empathizing with customers, defining problem statements, generating solution ideas, collaborating, and seeing products come to life.

There are three primary principles of being a great Product Analyst in the Product Analysis and Design Chapter Area:

Strategy : Understanding the problem or the 'why' and aligning it to the mission.

Execution : This is where and how the work gets done.

Business Readiness : How you drive your product to launch and support after launch.

The Expertise And Skills You Bring

Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s in business or relevant technology leadership focus is significantly beneficial.

3+ years of experience working within a product management team focused on delivery, technology, and software development. Must possess good analytical skills and technical aptitude.

Bringing a voice of influence and impact to the agile team and interdependent teams by understanding the vision of the agile team and highlighting multiple touch points to collaborate across teams and move toward the business goal with strong communication and navigating through complex capabilities.

Proficient at all stages of the Product Delivery Lifecycle, focusing on driving change to how we do business to bring a product from strategy to the marketplace.

Ability to focus on and understand the customer experience end to end and identify pain points while working across stakeholders to communicate to the agile team with epics and stories.

Demonstrate a grow‑and‑learn mindset to advance skills and standards and approach the work with a constant learning curiosity to stay current and keep your team current on skills.

Category: Product Management.

Most roles at Fidelity are hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M‑F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to remote or fully onsite roles.
