Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will utilize your mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair a variety of industrial equipment. You will work with gears, pulleys, bearings, motors, conveyors, and more, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Perform mechanical troubleshooting on gears, conveyor systems, motors, and belts.
Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including working with electrical prints, VFDs, and PLCs.
Execute welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
Work with shredding machines and other industrial equipment.
Ensure preventive maintenance and handle maintenance-related projects.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, particularly with gears, conveyors, and motors.
Experience in electrical troubleshooting, including VFDs and PLCs.
Welding and fabrication skills.
Ability to work with 480 Volt systems and perform PLC troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with shredding machines is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a large, warehouse-type setting that is not temperature-controlled. Be prepared for a dusty and dirty atmosphere, dealing with shredded paper and pellets. The 2nd shift runs from 3 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday to Thursday, with flexible start and end times within an hour. Friday is dedicated to preventive maintenance and projects, requiring 5-6 hours of work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
