Provide services and support as a Travel Program and Financial Systems Specialist (General Support Services for Hanford Field Office) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) and DOE Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH. Generally located in CONUS - Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region (country/world). Finance and administration expertise strengthens compliance, accountability, resource efficiency, and financial stewardship for Hanford mission success. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Travel Program and Financial Systems Specialist for General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO). Administer travel systems, policy guidance, voucher reviews, reconciliations, analytics, and compliance reports. Provide Finance and Administration management, human resources, legal, accounting, auditing, information technology, logistics, and transportation support as required.

The role(s) are located in the Pacific Northwest Region near CONUS - Richland, Washington. Initial Work Site Address: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, Washington 99354. Qualifications

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications BA/BS or equivalent; finance/administration training helpful. 47+ years travel/finance systems experience; DOE/federal experience preferred.

Skills Required Primarily focused on assist program and project management support in daily business activities and Program Support activities within Finance and Administration Functional Area. Experience with travel systems, reconciliations, Excel, and reporting.

Competencies Required Accuracy, timeliness, service orientation.

Develop spend dashboards for leadership reporting. Functional attributes: Travel & financial systems. Job Tasks: Broad spectrum of support responsibilities for Hanford Field Office (HFO) General Support Services (GSS); staffing levels may vary 15% over the period of performance. Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO in advance per Federal Travel Regulations. Security Requirements: Facility Clearance required; DOE Clearance level as indicated for work performed. Place of Performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA; on-site predominance with some approved remote support. Government-Furnished Resources: Office space, computers, and required software provided on-site; primarily on-site performance with some remote work as approved.
