About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Treatment Plan Coordinator / Dental Office Manager to join our growing dental practice. This role is responsible for managing front-office operations, coordinating patient treatment plans, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to treatment completion. Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy. Review dentist-recommended treatment plans with patients, ensuring they understand procedures, costs, and insurance coverage. Verify insurance eligibility, obtain pre-authorizations, and explain financial arrangements. Schedule patient appointments efficiently to optimize provider productivity. Handle billing, collections, and payment arrangements. Oversee daily office operations, including staff scheduling and workflow. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental office policies. Support patient retention by providing exceptional customer service. Generate reports on production, collections, and case acceptance. Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a dental office (front desk, treatment coordinator, or office manager role). Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing (PPO/Medicaid a plus). Excellent communication and patient education skills. Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar). Ability to multitask, manage staff, and resolve patient concerns. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is highly preferred. What We Offer
