Anniston, AL VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)

is actively seeking

Primary Care Physicians

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday Patient Load:

12–13 patients per day per physician, allowing time for quality, patient-centered care Team Model:

Work as part of a Patient-Aligned Care Team ( PACT )

Each physician is supported by a dedicated RN, LPN and MSA and has expanded support from clinical pharmacy, social work, mental health, and nutrition.

Employment Type:

Federal – with full VA benefits Paid Time Off:

50 days of annual paid time offer per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 days paid absence for CME) Retirement:

Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) AND federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA Compensation:
