The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with leadership to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve them. The role involves leading a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, coaching and improving department performance, and hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers. Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. A background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired. Candidates must be 18 years or older. Additional Info
