Responsibilities

Lead the global sales organization and drive performance across all regions, with 25%-30% international travel

Define and execute scalable go-to-market strategies for mid-market and enterprise customers

Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing teams across sales functions

Ensure consistency in global sales processes, including forecasting and pipeline management

Serve as the face of the company in key customer engagements and industry events

Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales organizations, with global team leadership experience

Proven track record of scaling revenue within a company in the $100M-$250M+ range

Experience in both mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales motions

Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and enablement best practices

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading go-to-market transformation or global expansion for a SaaS company

Prior exposure to construction technology, proptech, or field management software

Experience working in a matrixed global organization, ideally within a corporate-backed startup
