Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembler for our manufacturing and assembly department. The candidate will be responsible for assembling components of speed dryers, wash arms, installing hoses, building pump stands, organizing parts and kitting, among other tasks. This role requires the ability to handle components weighing up to 50 pounds and involves wiring tasks that demand fine-hand manipulation and the ability to follow a blueprint or production document.
Responsibilities
Assemble components of speed dryers and wash arms.
Install hoses and build pump stands.
Organize parts and kitting.
Perform wiring tasks with fine-hand manipulation.
Follow blueprints or production documents accurately.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in assembly and light assembly tasks.
Experience with hand tools.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and simple blueprints.
Commitment to completing work orders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
Wiring and blueprint reading experience is a plus.
Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a large facility divided into manufacturing, shipping/receiving, assembly, and testing areas for car washes. Employees may work in any of these areas. The diverse workforce speaks English, Vietnamese, and Spanish. The shift is from 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays. The position starts as a contract role through January, with the possibility of extension. The dress code is casual, including jeans and a t-shirt, with safety glasses and hearing protection provided. Steel-toed boots are required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
