We are seeking experienced React Native Developers to lead and support a large-scale migration from an Adobe-based front-end ecosystem to React Native.
This initiative involves modernizing and unifying three front-end platforms (Web, Android, and iOS) under a single React Native framework.
Successful candidates will help establish best practices, mentor internal teams, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities Drive and support migration from Adobe-based front-end to React Native. Develop and maintain cross-platform applications for Web, Android, and iOS. Establish best practices for React Native development and mentor team members. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration. Optimize application performance and ensure code quality across platforms. Required Qualifications
Senior Developer: 10+ years of overall development experience with strong React Native expertise. Junior Developer: 3–5 years of experience in mobile app or cross-platform front-end development. Hands-on experience with React Native and Payload. Strong understanding of front-end architecture and modern frameworks. Preferred Qualifications
Background in e-commerce, retail, or grocery technology for customer-facing product complexity and transaction flow familiarity. Experience in large-scale front-end migrations.
