Travel Certified Surgical Technologist - $1,986 per week

Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: CVOR Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR Tech/SA experience. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license in hand at the time of submission. Certifications: Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending. Must-Have: Minimum of 18 months permanent CVOR Tech/SA experience prior to travel. Vascular experience is required. One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. Description: Travelers must work at least every other holiday. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required. Travelers will receive a maximum of two attempts to pass assessments, or will be canceled if unsuccessful. Background checks of any kind are reviewed, and travelers will not be accepted with an open case. Facility does not accept any license hits. All travelers must be nicotine-free, with a negative 10-panel drug screen required within 12 months of starting. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to any facility for one year from their previous end date. Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints prior to the start date. Modules will be completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty. Annual modules are billable up to a certain limit, only for annual requirements.
