Your key responsibilities

Manage and prioritize incoming orders to guarantee on-time delivery

Assess customer needs and suggest personalized solutions

Address inquiries and resolving issues related to invoicing, shipping, and complaints

Promptly acknowledge orders and maintain open lines of communication with our valued customers

Keep accurate customer records, oversee order fulfillment, handle returns, and provide detailed reports

Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams for smooth issue resolution

You bring

2+ years of Customer Service experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and SAP experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Hourly $23.00-$25.50.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
