Role Overview As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will combine deep technical expertise with a customer‑focused mindset to support Contentstack’s Technical Account Management (TAM) program. You’ll help enterprise clients maximize the value of our digital experience and content platforms, provide strategic technical guidance across their architectural roadmap, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless solution delivery and long‑term client success.
Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise clients within the TAM program, supporting retention, expansion, and ongoing value delivery.
Lead the design and architecture of complex digital experience solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical best practices.
Collaborate with TAMs, Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the solution lifecycle—from pre‑sales and architecture to deployment and ongoing optimization.
Proactively propose innovative solutions to meet client needs, address challenges, and drive business outcomes.
Conduct technical feasibility studies, identify risks, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Create clear architectural documentation, diagrams, and presentations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and client success.
Support pre‑sales efforts and RFP/RFI responses, providing solution demonstrations and technical guidance.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of TAM program processes, architectural standards, and client engagement strategies.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, performant, and maintainable.
Qualifications
8‑12 years as a Solution Architect (in‑house and/or consulting) or Senior Technical Account Manager, with experience delivering enterprise‑scale solutions.
Experience supporting Technical Account Management programs or similar customer‑facing initiatives.
Expertise in DXP platforms (Contentstack, Optimizely, Contentful) and composable architectures.
Hands‑on experience with front‑end frameworks (React.js/Next.js, Vue.js/Nuxt.js), commerce ecosystems, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD, release management, and feature flag usage.
Strong understanding of personalization, analytics, and DXP/CDP integration strategies.
Excellent client engagement, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business value and long‑term client success.
Analytical, strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Willingly travel as needed.

Salary Salary for this role ranges from $145,000 – $175,000 plus variables based on skillset and years of experience.
