Job Description As an Executive Assistant at Baker Tilly, you will manage the executive’s schedule, communications, and projects while fostering strong internal and external relationships. You will be a trusted member of the engagement team, ensuring seamless operations and supporting the executive’s priorities.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison, responding to high‑ranking individuals on behalf of the executive and taking & transcribing meeting minutes.

Relay requests for action or information to the appropriate parties.

Compose correspondence with minimal or no notation.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Screen executive’s telephone calls and manage communication flow.

Assist with managing special projects and general office functions.

Maintain executive’s calendar, travel logistics, and meeting preparations.

Open, distribute mail, and coordinate preparation of operating reports, budgets, and performance data.

Maintain paper‑based and electronic files and expand knowledge base in the area of expertise.

Participate in training and development programs to keep skills current.

Improve efficiencies, technical ability, and interpersonal skills.

Perform other duties as assigned and support team outreach and events.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Eight (8) to ten (10) years of senior‑level administrative support experience.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient with communication/presentation platforms such as WebEx, Teams, and Zoom.

Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience providing support in a professional services firm preferred.

Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.

Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills; initiative and adaptability.

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Compensation range for this role is $50,780 to $96,290. Actual compensation is influenced by skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
