Base Pay Range $365,000.00/yr - $435,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Manage all stages of patent litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and brief writing.

Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in trial proceedings.

Collaborate closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop effective case strategies.

Handle complex intellectual property disputes across industries such as technology, healthcare, and telecommunications.

Qualifications

5–8 years of patent litigation experience, preferably at a national or large law firm.

Admission to the New York State Bar required.

Strong academic credentials and a proven record of handling complex IP cases.

Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

Highly motivated, adaptable, and proactive in managing workload and deadlines.
