We are looking for an experienced leader to spearhead the effective and compliant administration of federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs. In this vital role, you will manage all financial aid systems, ensuring adherence to regulations while overseeing strategic planning and budgeting processes. Your responsibilities will include daily operations concerning student eligibility and the management of federally and state-funded programs. As the Chief Administrator for financial aid technology enhancements, you will collaborate closely with the Enrollment Management Business Analyst to maintain robust institutional reporting and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in financial aid administration, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. A deep understanding of financial aid programs and regulations is crucial, as is the ability to leverage technology for streamlined processing. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, maintain confidentiality, and possess a proven ability to solve problems within high-pressure situations. You will also be responsible for staff training, participating in campus committees, and updating financial aid policies and procedures.
