We're looking for a Shop Technician II Power - Events in our Fort Worth, TX facility - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you will do:
You'll be based out of our Fort Worth, TX service center
You'll have an opportunity to work overtime and weekends
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, and electrical distribution equipment
Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop, and handle the repairs
Loading & Unloading trucks, Testing & Prep of electrical distribution panels, testing & Prep of electrical cables
Testing & Prep of generators
Rental parts inventory
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment using hand tools and power tools
Assist with pre-project yard testing per the customer's requirement
You will either be out on your own or teamed up with another technician(s) to set up and operate equipment at the shop
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What we're looking for
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of experience working on diesel power generators and/or electrical distribution performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs
Experience with reading and understanding schematics
Based on the customer requirements, you may be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card
Valid driver's license
Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
Experience with common construction and industrial tools or mechanical background
Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 75 lbs.
