About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis specializing in the mortgage business. If you are an accomplished finance professional with at least 10 years of experience in FP&A or analytics, we want to hear from you! This critical role involves delivering insightful financial analysis, leading our forecasting processes, and ensuring that business performance aligns with targets. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership within the mortgage division, you will spearhead the examination of financial outcomes, guiding our forecasts and strategic initiatives. Candidates with a strong educational background (BS required; MBA and/or CFA preferred) and exceptional analytical capabilities will stand out. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis is essential, as you will refine our analytical processes to drive business outcomes. You will also work closely with key stakeholders, both onsite and remotely, requiring superior relationship-building skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
