Job Description In this role, you’ll be fully dedicated to one of our premiere clients, and you will serve as the key liaison between internal teams and external partners, managing fund audits, valuations, investor communications and financial reporting with precision and consistency. You will also oversee operational systems, coordinate investment transactions and drive process improvements to ensure timely, compliant and audit‑ready deliverables across all fund activities.

What You’ll Do

You’ll act as the key liaison between the firm, fund administrator and audit/tax partners to ensure smooth delivery of fund accounting and compliance requirements.

You’ll manage annual audits, K‑1 preparation and maintain audit‑ready documentation while ensuring continuity across financial cycles.

You’ll lead quarterly fund valuations, prepare investor communications and support fundraising and diligence efforts with accurate financial data.

You’ll coordinate and execute fund wires, oversee transaction documentation and maintain a complete audit trail in collaboration with service providers.

You’ll enhance internal systems, implement process improvements and ensure timely delivery of recurring operational and compliance tasks.

Salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($120,000–$150,000).

Qualifications

You bring a strong foundation in accounting or finance, backed by a BS/BA degree and ideally a CPA certification.

You have 8+ years of experience in fund accounting or financial operations within private equity or venture capital.

You are ideally located in the Dallas–Fort‑Worth area.

You demonstrate deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, fund structures, LPAs and partnership accounting, with the ability to manage complex fund coordination.

You are highly proficient in Excel and QuickBooks, and comfortable using tools such as OneNote, OneDrive and DocuSign.

You thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, balancing independence, discretion and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
