Inventory Control Specialist / Clerk
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by managing parts and materials used in machine assembly. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production with needed components, and keeping our warehouse efficient and well-organized.
What you’ll do
Maintain proper inventory levels to support production needs
Track, count, and record all incoming and outgoing materials
Investigate and correct any inventory discrepancies
Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
Pick and stock parts for production lines
Load and unload items from vertical lift modules and racking systems
Operate forklifts to safely move and store materials
Keep storage areas clean, organized, and free of debris
Support quality, engineering, and purchasing teams with inventory control needs
Dispose of obsolete materials as directed
What we’re looking for
Experience with inventory management in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using computer-based inventory systems; SAP experience is a plus
Able to operate a forklift safely
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well with others
