Job Description Summary This role contributes to product strategy alongside cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with a shared vision. You will implement an architectural roadmap that balances innovative design, regulatory requirements, customer needs, and profitability. The position focuses on enhancing customer experience, monitoring success metrics through usability studies and market analysis, and managing key product workstreams.

Essential Responsibilities

Input to product strategy with cross‑functional stakeholders, aligning with the shared product vision or enabling platform.

Implement architectural roadmap that balances innovation, technical implementation, regulatory requirements, time‑to‑market, customer needs, and profitability.

Control for the customer experience and needs in product requirements and decision making.

Monitor metrics that inform product success, including usability studies, research, and market analysis.

Manage one or more workstreams—analytics, customer discovery, market research, competitive analysis—to drive data‑driven decisions.

Monitor product profitability measures, including budget.

Participate in product, operating, and business review mechanisms, and interface with product and technology leadership as needed.

Partner with content developers, data scientists, product designers, and user experience researchers.

Expected Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits U.S. national annual pay range: $152,500 to $262,350.
