Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in business process redesign, management consulting, business strategy, private equity, or equivalent experience working with executives. Experience working on transformational initiatives or AI initiatives with quantifiable business impact. Preferred qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a management, technical or engineering field or MBA. Experience working with scaled business development or partnerships organizations. Experience leading and executing strategic and operational initiatives in a large, matrixed organization. Experience with Artificial intelligence (AI). Ability to navigate ambiguity and define path forward. Excellent written, verbal communication and people management skills with the ability to influence without authority. About The Job
Global Partnerships' Transformation team is a central strategy and execution group that works across all areas of Global Partnerships. We partner directly with the Global Partnerships Leadership team to find solutions to complex problems. We drive strategy initiatives that cut across Global Partnerships and across Google to help advance execution and decision making at the leadership level. Global Partnerships Transformation team aims to increase organizational velocity through best in class execution, vendor leverage, and AI enablement. As a Strategy and Operations Lead within Global Partnerships Transformation team, you will be a key operational leader responsible for driving the execution, governance, and enablement of the Global Partnerships Transformation programs. You will act as the organizational backbone for our transformation, ensuring our various programs and work streams are connected, measured, and communicated effectively across Global Partnerships. In this role, you will manage the Transformation team’s operating rhythm, from executive-level steering committees to the centralized resources our teams use every day. You will also be the key partner for our communications, culture, and learning initiatives, ensuring all of Global Partnerships is informed, enabled, and excited about our transformation initiatives. You will partner closely with AI Strategists, Business Development, Strategy and Operations counterparts, cross-functional partners (like Comms, People Operations and Mastery), and executive leadership to drive our mission forward. Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners. Responsibilities
Recommend, develop, and launch execution-focused initiatives for Global Partnerships. Lead and orchestrate the operating rhythm for the Global Partnerships Transformation programs, including managing the agenda, materials, and follow-ups for the Cross-Global Partnerships AI Council and Global Partnerships Transformation steering committee. Design, implement, and manage measurement frameworks, defining key performance indicators and a regular reporting cadence to track progress against our transformation goals for Global Partnerships leadership. Build and scale centralized enablement resources to accelerate AI adoption, including maintaining a Global Partnerships-wide prompt library, best-practice playbooks, and other key assets. Develop and execute the comprehensive communications and engagement plan for the Global Partnerships Transformation programs, fostering an AI-native culture through internal newsletters, partner talks, team spotlights, and other strategic comms initiatives.
